About

I am currently working as a principal data scientist in the lab led by Dr. Yinyin Yuan at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (2023 to present). Prior to that, I was a postdoc in Dr. Yuan’s lab at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), UK (2020 to 2023), and received my Ph.D. in Optics, Photonics and Image Processing at Ecole Centrale Marseille, France (2016 to 2019).

Within the broader field of computational pathology for cancer research, my work focuses on developing interpretable, clinically meaningful, and biologically grounded AI workflows that quantify tissue microenvironments, characterize pollutant-associated remodeling, and integrate pathology with spatial omics to reveal microenvironmental mechanisms of disease

I am on the 2025–2026 academic job market, seeking tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in computational pathology, AI-driven spatial omics integration, and biomedical engineering.
